Self supporting steel construction
Inside walls covered with laminated hard board, insulated with high
density fire resistant and dust repelling rock wool against extreme external
temperatures. Having a good aesthetic
sense conforming to ISI Floor covered with acid proof PVC, Side walls made of
G.I sheet, 2mm thick corrugated with interior laminates with moth proof
coating and vinyl flooring. |

The unit is provided with a Wet
Section with a provision of Hot and Cold water and complete drainage
facility. Sample washing, drying, examination, storage is done in this area. ·
Four Fireproof blankets are kept in
the units. ·
The cabin is skid mounted, provided
with four lifting eyes for loading and mobilization. ·
The body of the cabin is insulated,
sturdy, corrosion proof, leak proof, and contains cabinets, drawers, 2
stools, two revolving chairs, folding type cushioned seats, writing desks,
tracing table and book shelves, with windows and anti - panic escape door. |

The unit is positively
pressurized with pressure indicators, alarms, a purge mechanism, suitable audio
alarm, sufficient length of flexible and flameproof fresh air hose and positive
double lockout doors with an intrinsically safe explosion proof system and
automatic shutdown system for use in Zone 1 hazardous environments. Excess
pressure inside the cabin will be 5mm to 10mm of water column above atmospheric
pressure.

The unit is equipped with a
washbasin and tap, sanitary items and chemical box.

The unit has storage space
for all types of consumables for one month, spare parts of the panels and
administrative records of the well and the unit.

The unit has a switch fuse
unit and ELCB, MPB, MCB for protection.

Two portable Fire
Extinguishers of Class A, B and C of suitable size are provided.
